Registration Info

  • Due to our limited class sizes, fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course to ensure enrolment. A reservation will be held for 5 business days without a payment, after which time it will automatically be cancelled. Seats will be allocated on a first-pay, first-serve basis.
  •  Payment can be made in cash, credit card (Visa / Mastercard) or by cheque. Cheque payments should be crossed and made to: Epixels Limited. Please do not mail any cash. There will be no refunds or transfers made after payment for the course.
  •  Tutors may on occasion organise additional activities such as excursions, which may incur additional costs.
  •  You are responsible for the care and maintenance of the equipment used during the classes or loaned from Epixels for purposes of coursework. Should any damage be caused to the equipment while under your charge, you will be responsible for the cost associated with the repair and / or replacement of the equipment.
  •  If you are absent, it is not possible to make up a missed class by attending an equivalent class on another day. There are no refunds for missed classes.
  • In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, you will receive a full refund or credit.
  • Restrictions – No Recording – Audio or video recording of seminars and workshops is not permitted.
